Paprika

"Green pepper" - acrylics and paper on canvas (60x80cm)

The canvas was primed in opaque Chrome Oxide Green, then shaped more vividly by working in some light Cadmium Yellow, light Chrome Green and medium Permanent Green as well as touches of Golden Flakes Gel. The pepper form was created with binder and silkpaper. The wet paper was ripped on the canvas with a brushstick. When it was dry, light Cadmium Yellow, Golden Flakes Gel and Titanium White were applied on the paper with a dry brush.
